Chennai sources have stated that Tamilnadu's Legislative Assembly was convene today January 8, 2018, for its next session and had begun with the Governor’s Address. Earlier a notification to this effect was issued by the Governor on Thursday. Meanwhile the session, which began at 10 a.m. on January 8, is anticipated to be interesting, with ousted AIADMK leader T.T.V. Dhinakaran, who won the Dr. Radhakrishnan Nagar Assembly constituency by poll as an Independent, set had entered the House.
MLA TTV Dinakaran is an independent contestant, so he is given seat at the back in the House. He was listening to the Governor's speech and was seen reading a book which is prescribed to all the members in the House.
Mr. TTV Dinakaran who made his massive victory in RK Nagar constituency is
attending the House for the very first time. He was silently watching the
incident going on inside the House. He is been allotted seat number 148 and around
18 seats is found vacant which is his own party followers.
