Adilabad sources have stated that presently many young professionals including doctors and software specialists are venturing into politics to contest in the next elections in the old Adilabad district. According to sources some of these professionals are planning to contest as independents to tell the people that they were independent in their thought and not under the influence of any political party.
Meanwhile many young doctors have intensified their political activities along with social service much before their political opponents, readying for the next elections. As per latest report four doctors have made up their mind to contest in 2019 and intensified their activities in Adilabad, Sirpur (T), Nirmal and Mancherial Assembly Constituencies in the old Adilabad district.
Moreover Software engineer Thula Arun Kumar of Boath is also planning to
enter the politics like his father, the then PCC secretary Thula Subhash who
was killed by Maoists in 2001. Accordingly he said he was ready to contest from
any other general constituency as a Congress candidate if the party agreed to
field him.
