A cleaner working in a software company in Bengaluru was arrested on charges of capturing photographs of female employees of the company in vulgar and obscene manner. The incident had happened at a software company at Indra Nagar. Dharmendra Kumar Yadav, 24 worked as a cleaner at the said software company.
Dharmendra Kumar Yadav had been a pervert who was involved in capturing photographs of female staff of the organization in toilets, in bad taste in his mobile and had the habit of watching the photos captured at his home, besides also sharing them with his friends and passing lewd, distasteful comments.
One day when he was clicking photos, he was caught red-handed by one of the female employees, who immediately alerted the other women and security, and when they snatched his mobile phone, it was found that he had lots of photos and videos taken when female employees used the restroom, and he had done this by placing his mobile camera turned on at the toilets. After a complaint by one of the female employees, a case was filed against him under section 354c, and he was arrested. It has been found that all the photos were captured between December 20 and January 11.
