TRS President KCR always said and gives assurance to youth on jobs in Telangana. KCR said, Telangana employees would get preference and wages would equal on par with Central govt employees after formation of new state.
But the situation is different when it comes to the staff in TRS bhavan in Banjara Hills. As per the sources 15 members have worked in TRS office. As per their work salaries were fixed from 5k to 10k. Since last 7 months employees suffered for their monthly wages. If anyone asks them for Salaries party authorities order them leave the office. Reportedly, one person who worked in TRS bhavan at the time construction stage had left the TRS bhavan for demanding salaries. After this no one has dared to ask on Salaries. It’s very sad that KCR not aware of these issues.
As per the sources person nearer to KCR family looked after maintenance and salaries of the staff at TRS Bhavan. One employee who looked into the affairs of PR wing in TRS Bhavan has fed up with KCR relative and left the office. Some of the employees worked on their interest on Telangana and some adjusted to work on believing KCR. It doesn’t matter what KCR will do after Telangana to the people. It’s up to him to look after his men and their pains.
