What is the secret behind the resignation of Jagan and Vijayamma to the Kadapa MP and Pulivendula assembly seat now?. It means that the parliament and the asembly were likely to have early polls ahead of 2014 ,dismissal of Kiran Govt and that they had only outsmarted the opposition andthe congress parties .
YSRCP sources said Jagan and Vijayamma had not resigned till date as they did not want to be labeled as Samaikyandhra lobbyists and to give the party some Telangana flavor . Besides they wanted to be around to give the party some representation in the elected houses as all 16 MLAs and another MP had put in their p-apers .
However they had finally resigned today only after realization that the YSRCP had no future in Telangana and it was best to retain what ever they could in Seemandhra. Both had in their letters to Speakers of Assembly and Parliament and condemned the high voltage drama of the congress party in the bifurcation episode. With reports of dissolution of the parliament and assembly very soon and early elections on cards Jagan plans to outsmart the congress and TDP in their own game.
'Congress aimed to fry their chicken in the bonfire of opposition parties ' Jagan told aides who met him this morning at Chanchalaguda jail to receive his resignation letter. Jagan discussed the future course of action with senior YSRCP leader YV Subba Reddy and MV Mysura Reddy who met him at the jail and advised them to pose party;s fears on crucial issues of bifurcation before the Antony committee.
