Sources from Ramanathapuram, Tamilnadu stated that hours before the blockbuster launch of his new political party, veteran actor Kamal Hassan, had visited the house of ex-president APJ Abdul Kalam in Ramanathapuram, and had spent time with his family members.
According to sources Hassan visited Kalam House at Rameswaram in the district, and was warmly received by the family members of the former president. Sources have added that the actor briefly interacted with Kalam's nonagenarian brother Mohammed Muthumeera Lebbai Maraikkayar while being flanked by other close relatives of the former president.
Kamal said "Greatness can come from the
simplest of houses and this is one of them and that he is touched”. Kamal had
also interacted with the fishermen community in Rameshwaram. South
Tamilnadu people are eagerly waiting that he will bring change in Tamilnadu and
in the lives of all the people of Tamilnadu.
