It was announced today that Superstar Rajnikanth will next star in a movie directed by Karthik Subbaraj of Pizza, Jigarthanda and Iraivi fame, and bankrolled by Sun Pictures. Earlier, Rajnikanth had made an announcement that he will be involved in devotional politics, and was keen on starting his political journey.
While the millions of diehard fans of Superstar had expected that after the Shankar Directorial 2.0 and the Pa.Ranjith directorial Kaala, Superstar will venture into active politics; his decision to act in another movie has sent a shock wave among many of his fans.
