Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has said that, if he had been the prime minister, he would have thrown the demonetization file into trash can. Rahul Gandhi is currently on a 5 day trip to south East Asian countries including Singapore.
During The trip, he had an interaction with former IIM students. During the interaction, the students had asked him what he would have done if he has been the prime minister, during demonetization plan proposal time. Rahul Gandhi had replied that , had anyone else prepared a demonetization plan without consulting with him, and come to him for presenting it for his approval, he'd have directly throw the file either outside the doors or into the dustbin.
Rahul further said that he'd have
prevented the negative impacts of Demonetization in this way, adding that women
are better administrators than men. We have to remove the discrimination
existing in our country, and that will be enough to her equal rights for women,
said the Congress president.
