It has been found that the nation's richest parliament member happens to be none other than Samajwadi party member Jaya Bachchan. As she had filed her asset details, it has been found that she has properties worth more than 1000 crores. Way back in 2014, Rajyasabha member Ravinder Kishore Sinha had announced that he had properties worth 800 crores, much to the shock of people and the political fraternity.
Now, Jaya Bachchan has surpassed it, with 1000 crores assets. The following is the detailed split up of her assets. While she had given her asset details report in 2012, she had said she had only 493 crores, and now, with the combined immoveable assets and properties value of Jaya and Amitabh, the total comes to 460 crores, which was valued at 152 crores in 2012. The moveable property worth has increased from 343 crores to 540 crores. In terms of gold and other jewels, they have a property value of 62 crores, with 36 crores owned by Amitabh.
They own 12 crores, and their total
values comes to 13 crores, and this list of cars includes Rolls Royce, 3 Benz
cars, Porsche, Range Rover, besides Amitabh also owns a Nano and a Tractor.
Amitabh Bahchcan owns more than 3.4 crores worth watches while Jaya owns 51 lakhs
worth watches. Amitabh Bachchan also owns 9 lakhs worth pens. They
together own properties in France spanning to an area of 3175 square meters.
Besides, Amitabh also owns a 3 acres agricultural land, worth 5.7 crores. With
such huge amount of properties, Jaya Bachchan has become the richest parliament
member.
