Former central Minister Veerappa Moily, who had tweeted a controversial post, accusing that there’s widespread corruption and money involved in the Karnataka Assembly elections, has now denied to have tweeted it, saying that it was his admin who had posted it.

Both Veerappa Moily and his son Harsha Moily's twitter accounts had similar posts posted at the same time, regarding the corruption in the assembly elections, criticizing minister Mahadevappa. These tweets created shock waves not just in the congress party but also in the whole of Karnataka Politics. In such a tense scenario, the controversial tweets posted in both Veerappa Moily and Harsha Moily's accounts have been deleted.

On demanding an explanation, Veerappa Moily said that the mentioned account was not his official account, and this was done by the admins who manage the unofficial twitter handles, or those accounts must have got hacked. It must be noted that recently, the TN BJP leader H Raja had made a social media post about demolishing the statue of leader Periyar, and had later accused his admin of making the post.
