After their lavish wedding in December, at Italy, and the double receptions at Mumbai and Delhi, It was speculated that Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma might soon move to a 34 crore home in Mumbai.
It was initially said that the Indian Skipper along with his Bollywood actress wife has selected a luxury apartment with Omkar Realtors and Developers 1973 project, Mumbai. However it has now been said that the captain has called off the plan, as he is now planning to get a home in Western suburbs of Mumbai, between Bandra and Versova.
The Cancellation deed was done on
Tuesday, March 20, following which the registration of the same was done on the
next day. In 2016 it must be remembered that Kohli had got a 7000 square feet
apartment on the 35th floor of Omkar Realtor's project's Tower C. Kohli and
Anushka Sharma were staying in a rented apartment based at Raheja legend in
Worli, and were also paying a rent of 15 lakhs per month. Kohli had reportedly
paid an advance of 1.50 crores as deposit and for registration he had shelled
out 1.01 crores.
