While the number of graduates has increased in the country, most of these belonging to middle class families always aim to get a job abroad and settle to resolve their economic issues. However, these days, starting from Trump ruled America to Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand are serving roadblocks to their dollar dreams. After the rule of Trump came into effect, he had increased the minimum salary criteria for H1B visa as a first shock for Indians.

After USCIS had stopped receiving H1B applications in March last year, now they've started receiving visa applications for October 2018-September 2019. However, the USCIS has decided to go for zero tolerance method, according to which even a small mistake will lead to rejection of the Visa application. As per the new H1B laws, a skilled worker will be given Visa only for the stipulated period during which he'll be working for a particular 3rd party organization, with an approval from the 3rd party organization and an agreement in place between the H1B applicant and the 3rd party organization with an employee - employer relationship.
