After Shahid Afridi's tweet on India's internal affairs, Cricket God Sachin Tendulkar has slammed the former Pakistani cricketer. When asked on Afridi's comments on the issue, Sachin said that India has got people capable of managing and running the nation, and does not need an outsider to advice or tell India on what to do.
It all started with Security forces killing 12 militants in Kashmir, following which Shahid Afridi had tweeted that innocents were being shot in Kashmir. He had tweeted that it was an appalling and worrisome situation in India occupied Kashmir and innocents are being shot dead to suppress voices of determination and independence, and had also asked the United Nations to interfere and stop the bloodshed.
Even the current Indian captain Virat
Kohli had said that he was always by his nation, and would not support anyone
opposing India. Former World cup winning captain and all rounder Kapil Dev had
also lashed out at Afridi for his anti Indian comment, and said that no
importance should be given to his words. Cricketers Suresh Raina and Gautam
Gambhir had also followed suit and slammed Afridi for his tweets which lacked
sensibility. 25 people were injured in the encounters in Kashmir Valley, and 20
people, and 3 soldiers were killed.
