TTV Dhinakaran's associate Pugazhendhi has said that, in the upcoming Karnataka assembly elections, representing ADMK and with the party symbol of two leaves, they are going to contest the elections in 20 constituencies. The Karnataka assembly elections are scheduled to be held on May 12 and the polls counting and result declaration will be made on May 15, as notified by the Election Commission. 

 


Following this announcement, the political parties of Karnataka are busy campaigning for their respective victories. In this scenario, Pugazhendhi, a close aide of TTV Dhinakaran said that they are going to contest in 20 constituencies of Karnataka representing ADMK and with the party symbol two leaves.

He said that ADMK owned the two leaves party symbol only in Tamilnadu, and not applicable for other states. It must be noted that the two leaves symbol has been allocated to EPS-OPS by the election commission. Pugazhendhi's statement that they are going to contest in Karnataka elections has created a ruckus in the state.
