TDP  chief   Chandrababu Naidu  is well  known for his media handling  tricks . While he has let loose his party rank and file to never loose an opportunity to conduct  counter  ralliesk, padayatras and also hunger fasts on par with YSRC and congress , he is also trying to win over   intellectuals  with his own inter action . He held an te a te with   editors of prominent news papers   this afternoon to explain the party's stand on Telangana and also other allied  issues  that had cropped  with the congress style of  dealing with the bifurction issue.

Naidu informed the editors  about the dirty  manner  inwhich  the congress leaders of seemandhra  region put the blame on the TDP for giving the favourable letter to centre on Telangana . An year ago congress T leaders were blaming us  for the dealy in giving letter adding that  Telangana has become a  contentious issue due to double deal by the congress . Distributing copies of the Srikrishna committee report  on Telangana, the  TDP  leader had  said that  the centre had misled the nation with the  Srikrishna committee report  which  had indicated that the bifurcation was  impossible without sacrifices .

Editors of Praja Shakti  and Munsif  who spoke to reporters  later said , TDP chiefs  meeting had focused on what the Congress and  the centre had failed to do in case of  Telangana and now its efforts to stall the agitation in Seemandhra  apepars to be just  an eye wash. 'For fifteen days  the agitators  have brought normal life to standstill in Seemandhra  and even blocked  pilgrims to Tirumala , all because their elected representatives  thought high command was not serious about Telangana and kept quiet till it was announced  and woke up only  now to raise ruckus and hold demonstrations. Well  all we would like to know is why  Naidu wanted to meet only  editors  and not reporters of the beat ?
