The Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has slapped a legal notice on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for constantly degrading him as well as his party and defaming him. This move by Siddaramaiah has shocked the political fraternity.
The Karnataka State assembly elections are to be conducted on May 12 and the vote counting will be done on May 15, and senior leaders of both Congress and BJP have been campaigning vigorously in Karnataka. In such a situation, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has sent a legal notice against Narendra Modi.
It had been stated in the
notice that Narendra Modi has been giving out statements and speeches that are
derogatory and defaming him as well as the Congress party. Siddaramaiah
has quoted the words of Modi saying there are chances of getting murdered and
calling the Siddaramaiah government as one percent commission government,
besides also specifically demanding an apology for his speech recently in
Udupi.
