Within 15 to 20 days YS Jagan will be a free man and court is going to grant him bail, this is what a senior CBI officer shared with a media house. If everything workouts in favor of him then you will see Jagan bailed out in first week of September.
There is zero scope from CBI to put up one more charge sheet on Jagan at this moment, so without any choice left out when his bail petition appears before high court in September then bail should be granted. Second charge sheet on Jagan got filled and got sent to CBI central office seeking permission to submit in court but it’s been kept pending from long time without any reasons.
On other side of table CBI has requested for help from six country’s regarding Jagan’s money laundering but it didn't get any positive response from at least one country. Looking at all these things CBI has mentally come to a conclusion that they cannot pin Jagan down in jail anymore, so there is no question that CBI will go for a counter petition to stop Jagan’s bail appeal. Observing all these developments YSRCP camp are confident that Jagan is going to walk out of jail on bail very soon.
