A TRS Local Body Chief has kicked a woman in a land dispute and the shocking video is going viral on the social media. As per reports, The Mandal Parishad President (MPP) Immadi Gopi kicked the woman before the whole public and the video is going viral on the social media.
Rajavva falls to the ground after Gopi kicked her on the chest. This took place at the Indalwai block headquarters in Nizamabad district. The lady along with her family protested in front of Gopi's house as he delayed in handing over the possession of a land they had bought from him.
The family purchased a land for Rs.33 Lakhs but Gopi never handed over the property and he demanded furthermore amount of 23 Lakhs. This already led to a minor scuffle. A complaint has been filed on Gopi under IPC sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation). Gopi also filed another counter complaint.
