A case has been filed against Mahakshay and his mother Yogita Bali for apparently impregnating an actress and aborting the child. Mahakshay happens to be the son of yesteryear superstar Mithun Chakraborty. A case had been filed by an actress who had starred in Bhojpuri Movies, against popular Hindi and Bengali actor Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahakshay at the Rohini court in Delhi.
The hearing on this case was held today. The actress had revealed that Mahakshay had promised to marry her, and had been in a relationship for four years. She accused that he made her pregnant, and later gave some drug to abort the pregnancy without her knowledge.
The actress has demanded action for molesting her. She added that Yogita Bali has also threatened to kill her if she again meets Mahakshay and fearing them she had relocated to Delhi. Now the case has progressed with the court order to register a case of sexual abuse and threatening against both Mahakshay and Yogita Bali. A popular actor's son getting caught in such a case has become the talk of the industry.
