On his 17th marriage anniversary on Wednesday- fourth day of his fasting the YSRC president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy was denied Mulaqat with his wife Bharati and his two young daughters at the Chanchalaguda jail. This is the second wedding anniversary that Jagan is driven to observe behind four walls since his arrest on May 27,2012.He also had to celebrate his 40th birth day on December 21 last year in jail .
The jail authorities said rejection of Mulawat was a ‘punishment ‘for launching a hunger strike in protest against the announcement on separate Telangana in jail which entered the fifth day. The jail authorities said they might intervene in Jagan’s strike on today after getting his detailed blood reports. Though his health condition was normal they plan to intervene today and stop his fasting
The crowds of Jagan fans arrived at jail premises and cut cakes for Jagan and raised slogans near Chanchalaguda crossroads as the police prevented them from going anywhere near the jail. The police deployed CISF and SPF around the jail and rounded up 47 persons on preventive grounds and stepped up vigil since morning on anticipation that more Jagan fans would land up at jail tioday.
