Tamilnadu BJP leader H Raja, has been ordered by the Chennai high court to appear on court and give his explanation in the issue regarding his hate and derogatory speech degrading courts recently.



During a recent Vinayakar Chathurthi march planned in Pudhukottai, H Raja had argued with the police, and had spoken badly about the court and police, and degraded them, and this incident which was captured on camera had gone viral across social media, and following this there were numerous cases filed against H Raja under more than 8 sections in the Thirumayam police station. As he had spoken bad on courts, the advocates were angry on him and a demand was placed in Chennai High court to enquire the case by itself.

The bench under Huluvadi Ramesh refused to inquire the case itself, but however, case was filed against H Raja, and the bench under Nirmalkumar and CT Selvam had ordered H Raja to give his explanation within 4 weeks.
