It her almost been confirmed that former DMK chief Kalaignar M Karunanidhi's son MK Alagiri will most probably contest in the by elections at Thiruvarur. Few days back when MK Alagiri had interacted with the press, he said that DMK will get only the fourth place in the upcoming Thiruparankundram by elections, besides also making a prediction that DMK can never win in the Thiruvarur by election.
He said that MK Stalin will know his power only after DMK loses in the upcoming two by elections. This has shown that Alagiri had always been issuing statements with plans in mind. Alagiri had been involved in framing various plans to develop his party and destroy the possibilities of DMK victory and now he's entered Thiruvarur area and is discussing with his followers to defeat DMK.
Alagiri has said that he's got all
support of people and other party members and that if he announces his
contesting on election, he'll definitely win. Thus, Alagiri is only an
announcement away from contesting in Thiruvarur by election.
