In Chennai, a thief got caught by his foolish act as he stole a vehicle and tried to seek help from a policeman himself leading to him getting arrested. Selvamanickam and Madhan Kumar have been working in Puzhal central prison as prisoners, and yesterday these two policemen had been working in outside security activity of the prison.
While the cops had been to the tea shop to have tea, a Tata ace vehicle had come near them, and a person had got down the vehicle and as it did not start sought the help of the cops there. As they tried to push the vehicle they found that the ace did not have key and that the side window glass was broken, and when they called the cell phone number written in the vehicle they found that it was stolen the night before, and following this the stranger was arrested.
It was found that the thief was 27 year old Balakrishnan, and he already has a lot of cases registered against him including a murder attempt case, and he was handed over to police station.
