New twists and turns are occuring in the scope of the CBI c ase on Jagan at the fag end of the 18 month long journey of investigation by the CBI.The case has never been treated as per normal course of law but always contorted to suit the political designs of Delhi rulers who felt a major threat from Jagan to the gaddi of Rahul Gandhi.
In fact Jagan was arrested 24 hours before he was to appear in CBI court and his bail appliction was rejected even after 90 days of normal judicial custody and the popular son of a congress iconic leader YSR was made to suffer in jail for over one year. Now when the time has come to honor even judicial time bound conditionalities , the CBI and the congress rulers are playing tricks with law once again.
CBI has already shifted its Joint Director VV Lakshminarayana to Mumbai even as more charge sheets were due . Similarly now the SP Venkatesh a senior investgator inthe CBI has also been shunted now and another SP brought in his place .Fear and suspicion of the YSRC party and family is that all these were attempts to delay charge sheets and also bail of Jagan evena fte one year in jail. So exit of Venkatesh has been chilling �� the YSRC and YSR family hopes of an early bail in this month .'We know CBI is heavily dominated by the Congress Govt but it is not suprising that even TDP chief is trying to delay Jagan's bail ' said a senior police official at Hyderbaad .
