Kamal Hassan, the legendary actor had started a political party Makkal Needhi Maiam a year ago, and yesterday on eve of the anniversary of the party the political leader had celebrated it in Thiruvarur and when asked the reason of celebration in Thiruvarur the actor had explained. Of late Kamal Hassan has been severely criticizing both DMK and ADMK and recently he had given an interview to a TV Channel.
He had said that DMK is a load and why should that burden be lifted by others, and said that is why MNM will contest alone in elections. Later he had also trolled Stalin regarding the shirt torn incident and accused DMK of copying Grama Sabha.
During the anniversary event of MNM, he had said that Thiruvarur is the birthplace of Family politics and hence he chose to conduct the event there, also as to end family politics. Kamal Hassan also said that his MNM party is against family politics. He also added that he won't ever do such family politics.
