ICICI former CEO Chanda Kochchar, her husband Deepak Kochchar and Videocon CEO Venugopal Dhoot are in trouble, after they had been caught in the scam where Chanda had made use of her power in ICICI to grant them loans and made benefits from Videocon.
Following this scam worth more than 3250 crores, Chanda was removed from her role of ICICI CEO, and now a Lookout notice has been sent to all airports so that Chanda kochchar, Deepak Kochchar and Venugopal can't escape to other countries. Chanda Kochchar's husband Deepak had started Nu Power in 2008 and he had started it along with Venugopal.
To get benefits from Venugopal, he made his wife Chanda to sanction huge loans from ICICI and all this has been exposed now, and currently Videocon has loans of more than 40000 crores across all banks. Following this, to prevent them all from escaping to other nations, CBI has sent a lookout notice to all airports last year and the lookout notices have been renewed now.
