Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Edappadi Palanisamy has said that along with the Lok Sabha elections, elections will be held for the 21 assembly seats as well. In Salem Haroor, Jayalalitha birthday celebration was conducted and during this he interacted with media.
He said that initially people said this government will not last 3 days but now it's running for 3 years, DMK will oppose whatever ADMK does for people welfare and just like they opposed Pongal cash present from government, and added that government will thwart their plans. TN will be having uninterrupted power supply and there won't be any power cuts, and farmers issues will be addressed.
He added that there's possibility of 21 seat assembly bye elections, and said it might happen alongside Lok Sabha elections itself and that ADMK is ready to face it. It should be noted that ADMK recently formed an alliance with PMK party.
