MDMK leader Vaiko has vowed that they will definitely wave black flags when Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Kanyakumari and he has warned. Narendra Modi is coming on March, and Vaiko who met the press in Chennai airport said that black flags will be waved when Modi comes to Kanyakumari on March 1.
He also added that if the PM comes to Tamilnadu for any reason or any government function other than reasons like election campaign or party reasons, black flags will be waved. Earlier BJP leader Pon Radhakrishnan had made an appeal to Vaiko to stop waving black flags, and however, Vaiko who called Radhakrishnan as a sweet person has continued black flag waving plans.
This is not the first time Vaiko is waving black flags against Indian PM Modi. Every time he attends some meeting in TN, this black flag is being waived by Vaiko and his party members.
