Two days back Indian air force wing commander Abhinandan Varthaman from Chennai was arrested by Pakistan during an air attack operation during which his jet was shot down by Pakistan army and he fell down with the jet, and he was later captured.
Initially he was attacked badly by Pakistan mob and then army entered and took him into their custody and gave him treatment, The 2017 Maniratnam directorial love story Katru Veliyidai also had a similar episode as hero Karthi who plays a fighter jet pilot Varun gets captured by Pakistan army during Kargil war and later escapes, Ironically Abhinandan's father Varthaman was a consultant in the movie Kaatru Veliyidai and coincidentally the same incident in the movie happened in his son's life itself.
Now, this scene is being shared virally on the social media. Similarly, Tamil spoof movie 'Tamizh Padam 2' scene is also going viral where the lead hero calls India and Pakistan as cousins!
