The Telugu Desam Party Government in Andhra Pradesh is trying to buy out votes ahead of the Election Season. The Government has released the funds for the Second Installment of the Pasupu Kunkuma Scheme of Dwacra women today on the occasion of the Women's Day.
3500 Rupees will be deposited in each account as the Second Installment today. Pasupu Kunkuma scheme promises 10000 Rupees to each Dwacra amount in three phases. The last installment of 4000 Rupees will be deposited just before the elections. This is nothing but buying the votes officially.
The Government is also giving Smart Phones to Dwacra women very soon. This will also happen before the elections. The Model Code of Conduct will come into the force after Election commission announces the election schedule. As per the reports, the schedule will be out this weekend or by Tuesday.
