Senior Congress Leader, Sabitha Indra Reddy is all set to join the Ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti. She met TRS Working President, K Taraka Ramarao this morning at MIM President Asaduddin Owaisi's Residence. Sabitha reportedly asked Chevella Lok Sabha Seat for her son, Karthik Reddy.
That is her only condition to join TRS. Media was not allowed to Asad's house when this meeting happened. KTR reportedly asked her for more time to discuss with TRS President and Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhara Rao. If everything goes well, Sabitha will join the party before the voting in MLC Elections.
Sabitha is one of the few seniors who won from Congress Party in the recent elections. Sabitha's exit will put Congress on a backfoot ahead of the Parliament Elections. Congress already allotted Chevella Parliament Ticket to Konda Vishveshwara Reddy who joined TRS from Congress just before the Assembly Elections.
