It is now veryclear that the bail of Jagan is very much linked to centre's decision on Telangana . Even as the Union cabinet is to discuss Telangana by Septemebr 20th evening and the Kiranc cabinet also meeting on same day in morning , the CBI court also chose the middle path to adjourn the judgement till September 23 , i.e Monday.
Torn between Supreme court and the UPA bosses the CBI today chose to remain nuetral and sought time for a week to file last Charge sheet which was pendingOn Wednesday they filed only two charge sheets . 'We are yet to file 2 more charge sheets on Sandur hydel power and on the benami companies under the PMLA which we hope tocomplete in a day or two ' the CBI counsel said adding that the supreme court had asked the agency tofile charge sheets on seven counts .'We have completed only 5 counts ' he said adding that this however did not come in way of the charge sheet as most of the investigtion is alreadycomplete .
CBI sources said that investigationsa re complete 100 % and with thefiling of the last two Chrge sheets , the trials could begin . Asked why Jagan was kept pending again the CBI officials said ' it is just a formality and we are checking on every aspect as tomorrow we have to reply to Supreme court, if any one goes there and challenges our actions '. Already the TDP has declared its intentions to approach Supreme court for faulting investigations in Jagan case .
