YSR Congress announced that they will file defamation suit against National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah for saying YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was ready to give Rs 1,500 crore to Congress if he was made Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh. Abdullah said this during an election campaign meeting in supporting Telugu Desam Party.
He said YS Jagan told this deal after his father Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy passed away. He said Jagan came to his house when AP was united and was willing to give Rs 1,500 crore if Congress made him CM, said Abdullah. YSRCP general secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said this was Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu plan to spoil image of Jagan.
Naidu had brought Abdullah to Kadappa to gain Muslim votes and now YSRCP will send a defamation notice for wrong allegations on Jagan, said YSRCP general secretary.
