Collection King Mohan Babu made a re-entry into Politics recently by joining YSR Congress. The yesteryear actor is campaigning for the party in Andhra Pradesh. However, he is in for a massive shock all of sudden. A court in Hyderabad sentenced him for one year jail and also imposed 41.75 Fine in a Cheque Bounce case filed by Director YVS Chowdary.
This case is regarding the Remuneration of YVS Chowdary for Manchu Vishnu starrer Salim movie which released in 2009. Mohan Babu said YVS Chowdhary misled the honorable court with false claims. He said that he will appeal in a higher court against his sentence. "I respect the court's judgment. I will appeal in the sessions court," he said.
Manchu family also suspects TDP hand in defaming them as Mohan Babu joined YSR Congress recently and is campaigning against the ruling Telugu Desam Party. Chandrababu Naidu is known for having his men in the judiciary and they suspect he may have got this case to trouble the Collection King.
