The Madras High Court has removed the interim ban on the Tik Tok app making conditions for the China-based company which has developed the mobile application that they must stick to their promise to have regulatory procedures for filtering of pornographic and sexually suggestive content.

The court also issued warning to Tik Tok that if the court finds the methods implemented by Tik Tok are ineffective then the court will take very strong legal actions as it is contempt of court. The central government earlier banned the downloading Tik Tok effective from April 18 and now the court has taken back the orders.

In this case, as soon as the ban is lifted once again the users started to upload their vulgar videos. Despite warnings, the users continued the profanity. No wonder, the ban came in the first place. Stay tuned for more updates.
