Reportedly Telangana Congress Working President Revanth Reddy alleged that it was the then information technology minister K.T. Rama Rao who had given the tender to Globarena Technologies which is being blamed for the suicides of Intermediate students, following goof-up in the results released recently. When speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan, Reddy felt that the functioning of the Telangana state Intermediate Board was ridden with errors.

He questioned "How could the government give the tender relating to Inter results to some other organization other than the Centre for Good Governance (CGG)”. Previously different wings like issuing of hall tickets, their printing and declaration of results used to be given to different organizations but now, the entire job had been entrusted to Globarena. Apparently Reddy reminded that there had been no mistakes in the results as long as it was under the supervision of the CGG.

Moreover the Congress working president also questioned on why action was not initiated against those behind the Engineering Agriculture, Medicine Common Entrance Test (Eamcet) question paper leakage in 2016. He questioned "Why was a case not filed against Magnetic Infotech which secured the tender for holding the Eamcet then”.
