A 36-year-old person from mumbai named Hardeep Singh planned a visit to Manchester with tourist Visa and in January, he traveled from Manchester from mumbai seated with a 20-year-old girl. The girl was seated with her mother, and Hardeep began a conversation with the girl though she wasn't okay with talking.
She gave him short replies. The girl started watching the movie and Hardeep continued talking. After a while, everyone began sleeping and as the girl had started to sleep Hardeep took advantage and kissed the girl who shouted loud and pressed the alarm.
The news was conveyed to Manchester police, and they arrested Hardeep charged with sexual harassment and was finally awarded 1-year imprisonment. However, he has pressed against the charges and applied for a bail stating that the girl was willing too!
