SIT formed by Cyberabad Police and Cyber Crime Police are after him.
Ravi Prakash has gone underground evading the investigation of Cyberabad Police. Cops have already issued 160 CRPC notices to attend the inquiry while Ravi Prakash and shivaji did not react. Ravi Prakash did not attend the questioning even after serving the second time notice. This time, the department has prepared notice under Section 41A CRPC.
Section 160 CRPC notices are served for those who are not only accused but also witnesses. Section 41A CRPC is served for the accused and only when Police have enough evidence to book them. In case, Ravi Prakash does not respond to such notices; he may be arrested.
