How attract others with speech? How to interpret party policies effectively in TV debates? This is what TDP gives training to it’s leaders. Party has conducted one training session with one private training centre to it’s leaders at NTR Trust Bhavan.
Party has selected 40 members for training session. Candidates selected into 8 batches having 5 members each to undergo this training. Peddi Reddy, Rajendra Pradsad, Aravindakumar Gowd, Seetharama Rao and Shoba Hymavathi are among the list. This centre provides tips while talking and educate on relevant current affairs to talk both in TV channels and outside. The same organization gave training to Jr. NTR in 2009 election campaign.
TDP founder President NTR also conducted to educate new generation leaders at the time of inception of the party in 1983. Average age of TDP leaders at that time was below 30. NTR was conducted classes in Political subjects and on Indian Constitution as well.
