Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy reportedly lashed out at Telangana Rashtra Samithi chief K Chandrasekhar Rao for not showing his gratitude to Congress president Sonia Gandhi during the Sakala Janula Bheri at Nizam College Grounds.
Ponguleti reminded media personnel that it was Sonia Gandhi who had turned the dream of Telangana Statehood into a reality. He also mentioned how Congress party has taken a big risk by supporting bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.
However, even analysts were stunned as to why KCR did not thank Sonia Gandhi in the public meeting and instead praised BJP leaders Rajnath Singh and Sushma Swaraj. At one point, KCR used to call Sonia as Goddess, but now he seems to have become atheist!
