According to sources former CEO of TV9 Ravi Prakash and Telugu actor Sivaji were served notices once again by the Telangana police. Meanwhile they have also sought the help of AP police and their counterparts in Karnataka and are reportedly looking out for Ravi Prakash in Vijayawada, Bengaluru and also australia. Recently Ravi Prakash had been served notices earlier with respect to a forgery case filed by the new management of TV9.
Actor Sivaji is a co-accused in the case where neither of them have responded to the notices or appeared before the cyberabad police. Furthermore Ravi Prakash has approached the Supreme Court for anticipatory bail in the case.
Moreover both Ravi Prakash and actor Sivaji have been directed by the cops to appear before them. Apparently with change of guard in Andhra Pradesh, neither of them will enjoy the protective cover which, it was widely believed was extended by the previous TDP government headed by Chandrababu Naidu.
