Bipul Deb from bangladesh came to Chennai for treatment of his degenerative disorder and the 48 year old who vacated his lodge room lost his way. The NGO Banyan saw Bipul last year on the streets of Chennai and it was discovered that he could not talk and walk, and his condition was attributed to low sodium or potassium levels.

Doctors set out to find if he had mental illness or whether he had a neurological issue.  Bipul later responded to treatment and then people started tracing his family in bangladesh, and it was a daunting task. Cops, Banyan and government officials set out to find his family, and then they somehow reached the bangladesh High Commission in New delhi with the help of kerala's Migration and Inclusive Development and somehow they located his family.

 


Bipul has a neurological condition for past 2 years and has been away from wife and children for a year and was extremely happy when he spoke to his brother on phone. Recently his brother and cousin came to Chennai and along with them he will be leaving soon to bangladesh.
