Telugu Desam Party has ended with a humiliating loss in the just concluded Elections. The party has just ended up with 23 MLAs and 3 MPs. None of the leaders including Chandrababu Naidu managed to improve their 2014 Majorities. But balakrishna managed to improve his 2014 majority and this has come as a surprise to everyone.
Losing Hindupur is a big disappointment for jagan and he has to blame himself for it. He brought in former Police Officer, Iqbal ahmed in the last minute and the candidate did not get time to work in the constituency which is a TDP stronghold. jagan does not want to repeat the mistake for 2024 elections and announced an MLC seat to Iqbal.
