Reportedly week after he was officially sworn in as the Prime Minister of india for the second consecutive term, Narendra modi will be visiting the two south Indian states of kerala and Andhra Pradesh in the coming days, starting with kerala on June 7. Meanwhile the Prime Minister is scheduled to arrive in Kochi on Friday night, following which he will travel to Thrissur to offer prayers at the famous Guruvayur Sri krishna temple on Saturday.

Furthermore as per a report, PM modi had arrived around 11:35 pm on Friday and had stayed over at the Government Guesthouse in Ernakulam for the night. Further on Saturday morning, he will be taking a helicopter of the Indian Navy to travel to Guruvayur. Following his temple visit, he is scheduled to address an ‘Abhinandan Sabha,’ which will be organized by the members of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the school grounds of the Sri krishna High School.



Moreover KB Mohandas, the Chairman of the Guruvayur Devaswom Board expressed his desire to offer Thulabharam to the Indian Prime Minister. Tulabharam is an ancient Hindu practice in which a person is weighed alongside a commodity on a large weighing scale. Perhaps Mohandas was quoted to have said, “The temple administration has ordered 112 kilograms of lotus flowers from Nagercoil in Tamilnadu that will be required for the pooja and the temple will remain closed for public from 9 am to 11 am tomorrow.”
