hyderabad sources reported that former TV9 CEO V Ravi Prakash appeared for the third time, before the Banjara Hills police for inquiry in connection with the cheating and forgery case filed against him on Saturday. Meanwhile it is reported that Ravi Prakash continued to evade questions and did not cooperate with the police. Furthermore for a few questions asked, he answered sarcastically and claimed that he was correct in his action about the sale of the TV 9 logos and the police recorded the entire investigation.
According to the sources, Ravi Prakash submitted documents regarding the sale of the TV 9 logos. Apparently the police sent the documents to the Forensic lab for verification and he was interrogated for another six hours starting from morning 11.00 am. He repeatedly stated that he was legally correct in selling the TV 9 Logos to Mojo TV.
When speaking to the media ACP Srinivasa Rao said that the Cyberabad Cyber crime officials were in the process of verifying his statements. Reportedly based on this they would initiate further action against Ravi Prakash and if need be they would call him again for further investigation. Finally it is reported that after interrogation he went to the Press Club at Somajiguda and spoke to a person there and left without meeting anyone there.
