Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS jagan Mohan Reddy instructed the Engineering Experts Committee to study the contract tenders of various projects and submit the report. He conducted the meeting with the senior officials of the departments and asked the officials to submit the project wise details.
He said that he would review all the issues in the next 15 days. He went on to say that he is committed to making Andhra Pradesh Corruption free. "Andhra Pradesh is going through financial turmoil and the Corruption of the previous government made things worse," jagan told the officials. He also said Government will go for reverse tendering of projects.
He made a sensational statement. "I am trying to repair the system. Some people have tried to pressurize me asking me to turn a blind eye for the corruption but I will not yield to their pressure. I will not rest until corruption is uprooted from our state. I want to send the message to everyone in the government," jagan said.
