According to sources CM jagan Mohan Reddy, who took a stand against illegal constructions, has announced that Praja Vedika would be demolished. Reportedly jagan has ordered for the demolition of Praja Vedika building that was illegally constructed by previous government led by Chandrababu Naidu. Apparently jagan had briefed the media at Praja Vedika and said that it was to show how the rules were flouted and illegally constructed the building. jagan said this would be the last meeting at Praja Vedika.
Furthermore the demolition procedure would begin day after tomorrow i.e Wednesday and the government's decision comes in the wake of its stand against illegal construction in River Conversation Area. As the Praja Vedika building falls under River Conservation Area, the move by the government is claimed as a move to save the River Front.
Presently speculations are rife that Chandrababu Naidu's residence which also falls under River Conversation Area would be the next. Perhaps this is seen as a big blow to Chandrababu both personally and politically.
