After slashing the security cover of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, the new government has now curtailed security cover of Naidu's family members as well. And the latest is that they have downsized the security cover at the residences of the former Chief Minister.

The Government totally withdraw the security of APSP and only deployed one ASI and Two Constables at Chandrababu's Undavalli Residence. On the other side, the state government totally withdrew the security to Chandrababu's Residence in Naravaripalle. This is a criminal waste of Public Money as Naidu only visits Naravaripalle once in a year for Sankranthi.

Our readers are aware that Chandrababu Naidu was given Z+ category security (with 24-hour protection by 23 armed security men and escort vehicles) after he was attacked by Maoists at Alipiri in Tirupati in 2003. Naidu's Z+ category security will, however, continue, the government sources clarified.
