A local court in Kadapa granted bail to all the three accused in YS Vivekananda Reddy's Murder Case which has created a sensation before the Assembly Election. The Three accused in Vivekananda Reddy murder case include his personal assistant krishna Reddy, his close aide Yerra Gangi Reddy and Domestic Help Prakash.
The Police failed to file the charge-sheet in this case even 90 days after the arrest of the accused and that has worked in their favor. Chief Minister YS jagan Mohan Reddy alleged the involvement of TDP leaders in the murder and accused the then government of not conducting a fair investigation into the case.
The Chief Minister already ordered a fresh investigation into the case. On March 15th, Vivekananda Reddy, brother of late YS Rajasekhara Reddy, was found brutally murdered at his residence in Pulivendula, sending shock waves across the State. Initially, it was claimed that Vivekananda had died of cardiac arrest, later it came to light that it was a case of murder.
