According to sources a two day Orientation Programme for the newly elected Members of the Andhra Pradesh Legislature commenced at the Committee Hall in the Legislative building at Velagapudi in Guntur district on Wednesday morning and the program will be held on 3rd and 4th of July, 2019.
Furthermore this is part of the initiative to empower the Legislators in the legislative procedures, rules, and regulations. Reportedly they will also be trained as to how to conduct themselves in the Assembly and acquire a better understanding of the various Welfare programs including topic of importance like the Question hour, understanding budget procedure, political morality and also develop the public image of the he Legislators etc.
Moreover all the 151 YSRCP MLAs were present in the session, which was presided by the Chief Minister YS jagan Mohan Reddy, Minister for Legislative Affairs Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, Legislative Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram and Legislative Council Chairman Mohd Ahmed Sharif.
